Reflection on a healthcare pivot

Since joining earlier this year, it is energizing to be part of a team that is leading the transformation of our company with a singular focus on healthcare - delivering experiences that inform, inspire, and motivate positive healthcare consumer decisions - aligned with our mission of “helping people have better days”.

Over a few short months, we are gaining momentum as we transition through a rebranding process, add new client partners, and expand relationships with existing client partners – who share the belief that with increased understanding of the healthcare consumers aspirations through affective data, we can deliver experiences to better reach, inform, inspire the confidence and beliefs, motivating positive decisions and actions that can be sustained, as an active participant in their health and care outcomes.

As I reflect further, I think about the many ways that the experiences delivered by is different from ubiquitous transaction-orientated messaging, marketing, and engagement services that fall short in activating lasting relationships and outcomes.

So, what makes different?

At, we seek to understand the people we reach through the experiences we deliver and recognize that engagement isn’t a one-time event. It is about establishing an ongoing, empathetic understanding of the individual, aligning their aspirations with awareness, understanding, confidence, and beliefs that take shape through the personalized experiences we deliver, leading to informed decisions and actions by the healthcare consumer.
